M&S Field to Fork Approval

Following ongoing audits and much investment our IQF Herb processing plant in the South of France, Gelpam together with our UK plant, Frozen Herbs has been awarded full approval by Marks & Spencer. These standards cover traceability, minimising pesticide use, ethical trading, support for non-GM foods and food safety.

It was confirmed that we are the only Frozen Herb Supplier to have achieved full "Field to Fork" approval at this point.

This indicates our ongoing commitment to improving standards and offering the best service to all our customers. A great acheivement for Rosemary & Thyme Ltd.

Frozen Herbs Ltd Acquisition

We are happy to announce that our Group Dujardin Foods nv, Koolskamp Belgium has concluded an agreement on 13 February 2007 to purchase out of Administration the assets as well as the frozen herbs activity of Frozen Herbs Limited.

Following this purchase all sales activities of Frozen Herbs Limited will taken over by Rosemary and Thyme Ltd. The dedicated staff of both entities are currently working hard to transfer all data between systems and continue to provide all customers with excellent service with minimal dispruption.
