Opening an Account

If you would like to place an order for the first time, please download the new account form.

    Then complete the form and fax it through to our head office on 01379 871005 or email it to orders@rosemaryandthyme.co.uk.     

    Please note that all new customers are credit checked and accounts are only given on the basis of these checks. If a credit account is not possible customers are asked to pay by proforma invoice until such time as a credit history has been established and the account may be open for review. Standard terms of payment are 30 days from date of invoice.

 

Placing an Order

To place an order please download the order form. Please complete as much information as possible on the form as it would be of great assistance in processing your order as quickly as possible.

    Then fax, or email it through to our head office on 01379 871005 or orders@rosemaryandthyme.co.uk.

Delivery

Our transport fleet distributes our products punctually throughout the UK and mainland Europe, ensuring rapid response and optimal condition of products on delivery.

    Please contact the Sales Office for additional information regarding deliveries to a specific location.

 

Product Samples

 

within the UK

All frozen samples are sent in Dry Ice for next day where possible, before noon delivery in UK.

Samples are not sent out on Fridays.

Samples over 1kg are chargeable.

 

To Ireland & Europe

Carriage chargeable. Packed in Dry Ice for delivery.

Saturday delivery and Special delivery are available on request. (carriage chargeable)
