IQF chillis are available in many formats from whole to chopped , milled and puréed offering convenience and consistency of heat and flavour year round. Chinese chillis offer a mild -mid heat level. Chinese season is August/ Sept time. Scoville level up to 1500-2000.

A hotter variety of chilli offering a scoville range of 100-125,000 - an equivalent to a bird eye chilli.

Jalapeños are primarily sourced from South America and are offered in whole,chopped,milled and puréed formats offering convenient solutions to time consuming preparation of a fresh alternatives. There are the added benefits of year round availability combined with consistency of heat and flavour. The season is between August and October. Scoville level up 2500.

As with the green a mild- mid level heat with a scoville rating around 1500-2000. The chillis offer year round consistent supply. Many different cut sizes and formats to suit all requirements.

A hotter chilli with a scoville level of around 200-300,000.

Indian chillis offer a hotter alternative to jalapeños and are available in whole, chopped,milled and puréed formats. Season is Sept/October. Scoville heat level of 100-125,000- bird eye equivalent.

Garlic is available in IQF diced, pureed 20g nugget form, and whole cloves. The products take the time out of preparation of peeling and chopping fresh product and ensures a consistent year round supplyew season is May-July for Chinese material but also available on request is Indian material - the season for which is March- July.

Ginger is available in diced,puréed 20g nuggets and julienne strips. New season is October.

Lemon grass available cut for garnish or flavour additions to more exotic dishes. More popular is the milled format offering great flavour delivery to sauces, dressings and ethnic ready meals. New season May/June.

Perfect for stir fries, oriental dishes and to add nuttiness and texture to salads. New season December.
