Fruit

Our fruit is available IQF (individually Quick Frozen) whole, chopped or pureed. Fruit is usually packed in 10 kg boxes, although other pack sizes are available on request. Dice sizes vary dependent on the fruit but usually are 10, 15 or 20 mm. Pouches of bespoke smoothie mixes are also available – please see the smoothie section.

Frozen Fruit is a perfect alternative to fresh, offering year round availability and excellent nutritional benefits. The main red fruit season is during the summer, weather dependent August time and the more exotic fruits towards the end of the year. For this reason fruit prices are negotiated bi annually to ensure most up to date pricing available to customers.

Herbs

Our herbs are IQF (individually quick frozen) free flowing, chopped and ready to use. They offer excellent flavour delivery and a perfect alternative to fresh. Frozen at peak freshness and prepared to use straight from the freezer. Our herbs are produced at our own BRC approved factories in France and the UK, with a secondary BRC accredited production facility in India.

Ingredients

We supply a range of ready to use, prepared ingredients to make life easier. From garlic puree in smaller 20g user friendly nugget form to chillis chopped to bespoke sizes dependent on customer needs. Our ingredients are sourced from accredited production facilities with whom we have long standing relationships to ensure best products and prices for our customers. We work with plants in China, Thailand, Vietnam and India to mention a few offering a full range of ethnic ingredients.

Mixes

We can offer a range of ready meal mixes including Paella, soup mixes, vegetable mixes such as ratatouille and stir fry wok mixes. They take the hassle out of creating a quick and simple healthy meal choice or accompaniment to a larger meal.

Smoothies

We can offer a full and bespoke range of smoothies to our customers. We offer various pack sizes from 90g to 750g all processed on an automated machine. We do not have minimum order quantities or set mixes that have to be ordered so are very much focused on customer service. Over the years we have worked closely with our customers to ensure the best value and best flavour product for the purpose of making the most delicious smoothies. We are also able to supply yoghurt pellets to go with the fruit pouches or incorporate them within to make a Yogie style drink.

Vegetables

As part of the DuJardin Food Group we are one of the largest vegetable producers in Europe. We are able to offer a full range of IQF vegetables in industrial or foodservice packs. We also offer a range of grill roasted and fried vegetables and mixes to satisfy every requirement.
